Step 1: Call to schedule a free estimate/assessment
Call us at 214-469-6920 or 469-815-4709 or submit an online request to schedule your free inspection and estimate. An AHDS insurance expert will come to the location that is most convenient for you to inspect your vehicle and answer any questions you may have. Our sole purpose is to give you the information necessary to make informed decisions, there is no cost or obligation.
Step 2: File a claim - We will assist in calling your insurance company to begin streamlining the process.
We will call the insurance claims office to begin the process of filing a claim. Claims filed for hail damage will fall under comprehensive coverage and will not raise your rates as it is considered an “Act of God”. We can begin streamlining the insurance claims process here through various internal channels and industry knowledge. Some customers prefer to file their claims without us involved which is also ok, but please add 1-2 days to repair time as the beginning channels were not established for efficiency.
Step 3: We will arrange a free rental car for you.
If you have rental car coverage on your policy, we will set up a rental reservation through your insurance company to Enterprise for direct billing. If your policy does not have rental coverage, we will still assist in arranging the vehicle and will pay the total amount of the rental vehicle directly to you. We ensure that our customers are not out-of-pocket anything!
Step 4: We schedule a convenient time to pick up your vehicle.
Generally, the best time to get your vehicle for repairs is at the prearranged Enterprise appointment which was set up for you. If you do not need a loaner vehicle or your specific situation is a little more complex, we can always pick up from your home, work or anywhere else you need us to. We understand that everyone has a different situation and just want to ensure that our customers have the most stress-free experience possible.
Step 5: Your vehicle is thoroughly inspected and estimated by our insurance experts and a detailed repair estimate is created.
Once your vehicle has arrived at our shop, our estimating experts will utilize specialized lights and industry knowledge to write a PDR estimate for your insurance company. Our estimates are based off the industry standard price matrix but will also include more technical line items such as mark-ups for high-strength steel, aluminum and body line dents. Our agreement with all our customers is to repair the vehicle for the amount allotted by the insurance company and repairs will never exceed this amount.
Step 6: We will contact the claims adjuster which is assigned to your file to coordinate an inspection at our shop.
We will contact your insurance company directly to schedule the inspection of your vehicle at our shop. When the insurance adjuster arrives, our estimating specialists and sometimes a technician will review the vehicle with the adjuster. This ensures that all damage from the hailstorm is covered on the estimate and that it is done properly the first time. We have good relationships with all insurance companies which makes this process much more efficient and simpler than other shops.
Step 7: We repair your vehicle utilizing the paintless dent repair method.
Utilizing custom dent removal tools and techniques, our industry-renowned master technicians utilize their experience and knowledge to gently massage each dent out, one-by-one. Our technicians access the underside of the panels to mitigate causing damage to the factory paint job. One dent can take anywhere from 1 minute to 3 hours.
Step 8: Your vehicle is returned, detailed and with a Lifetime Warranty.
Once we have repaired your vehicle, we will have it fully detailed and schedule a convenient time and location to return it to you. We walk all vehicles prior to them leaving the shop to ensure nothing is missed. The Lifetime Warranty on all work is effective immediately.
